Repairs & Handyman
No job is too small. Send us your list and we'll knock it out in one visit when we can, cleanly and on time.
Kitchens & Baths
From a cabinet refresh to a full gut remodel, we help with layout and finishes, then build it right. On remodels we manage, the plumbing and electrical portions are subcontracted to Florida-licensed plumbing and electrical contractors who pull their own permits.
Interiors
The finish work that makes a room feel new, done with careful prep and clean lines.
Exteriors
We protect your home from Florida weather and make it look good from the street.
Storm & Damage Repair
We assess storm, water and termite damage, give you a clear written scope, and pull the building permits for repairs within our license. Electrical and plumbing repairs are subcontracted to licensed trade contractors, and termite treatment is done by a licensed pest control company; we repair the damage.
Renovations & Permitted Work
As a Florida Certified General Contractor (Lic. #CGC1541672), we pull permits, manage inspections and run the whole project from plans to final walkthrough.
Licensed trades
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC and roofing are separately licensed trades in Florida. When electrical, plumbing or HVAC work is part of a remodel or repair project we're running, that part is subcontracted to and performed by contractors licensed in that trade, who pull their own permits. For a stand-alone trade job, including any roof repair, we'll refer you to a licensed contractor in that trade.
Florida licenses electrical, plumbing, mechanical/HVAC and roofing contractors separately (s. 489.105(3), s. 489.505), and general contractors must subcontract that work (s. 489.113(3)). A general contractor can be the prime contractor only when most of the work is within its own license, and subcontracts the rest (s. 489.113(9)(a)). So on remodels and repairs we manage, the electrical, plumbing and HVAC portions are subcontracted to Florida-licensed electrical, plumbing and mechanical contractors who pull their own permits. We don't contract stand-alone electrical, plumbing or HVAC work, and we don't perform or contract roof repairs: hire a licensed roofing contractor, and we can repair the ceiling and interior afterward.
