A lifetime of building.
Patrick has spent his whole life in construction. He started as a union carpenter and went on to help build and oversee large resort projects, including the Ritz-Carlton in Aspen and the Four Seasons in Vail, Colorado.
After years on those jobs, he moved to Florida and started Patrick's Handyman and Remodeling Services with his sons. Since 2019 we've brought the same care to homes across Pinellas County, from a sticking door to a full kitchen.

How do I schedule a service?

Are estimates provided before starting a project?
Yes. Transparency is a core value for us. Before any project starts, we give you a detailed written estimate so you know the scope of work and the cost. No hidden fees, just clear communication from start to finish.
How do I know if my project needs a custom quote?
If your project doesn't fit one of our standard service categories, request a custom quote. Give us as much detail as you can, including photos, and we'll look at what's needed and send you a quote tailored to your project.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We're a Florida Certified General Contractor, license #CGC1541672, and we're insured. You can verify the license on the State of Florida's DBPR site at myfloridalicense.com.
Do you pull permits?
When a project requires a permit, we handle it. Because we hold a general contractor license, we can pull permits for the work we're licensed to do and coordinate the inspections. Electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are pulled by the licensed trade contractors who do that work.
