Kitchen remodeling in Clearwater and Pinellas County
Planning a kitchen remodel in Clearwater or anywhere in Pinellas County? We help you settle the layout and finishes, order cabinets and counters before anything comes out, and then build it with one team running the job from demolition to the final walkthrough.
Plan it once. Build it right.
How we handle it.
We walk the kitchen with you, talk through how you cook and store things, and suggest layouts, cabinets, counters and tile that fit the budget.
Cabinets and countertops can take weeks to arrive. We lock in selections and order before demolition, so you aren't without a kitchen while you wait.
Cabinet installation, countertops, backsplash tile, flooring, trim and paint, finished with clean lines.
On kitchens we manage, plumbing and electrical work is subcontracted to Florida-licensed plumbing and electrical contractors (s. 489.113(3)), who pull their own permits. We schedule them and coordinate the inspections.
Five-star reviews.
Patrick & Dylan do absolutely amazing work and cannot speak highly enough of them. I hired them initially for a full kitchen remodel, which included doubling the size of the kitchen, taking out walls, window install, masonry, paintwork, tile work, and more. I have also had them back since for door installs, tile work, windows, and other odd jobs.
Their quotes are extremely fair for the large scope of work they offer, and have never had a single occurrence of being nickel & dimed as a project went on. They set their prices and schedule up front with the signed project scope/payment schedule and have been amazingly prompt, courteous, and accommodating with every project. The attention to detail, time to planning & execution, and final outcomes are genuinely top tier.
In short, hire Patrick & Dylan, they are bar none the most personable & top notch guys I've ever hired to take on jobs for me.
This kitchen remodel was a long time coming. I was very lucky to find Patrick online. From the first meeting to discuss possibilities to the completion of the job, Patrick and Dylan were absolutely wonderful. They understood what we wanted and made great suggestions that only improved the look of the final product. The estimate was accurate and the time frame predicted was spot on. My husband and I were never inconvenienced by the work being done. Both men were efficient, honest and friendly. I will call them in the future for any project small or large. Highly recommended.
I'm not one to write a review, but I just had to. What a wonderful experience that I had with Patrick and his Son. They did a wonderful job with our remodel. Don't tell him this, but I think his pricing was super reasonable. That's a hard combo in this field I've found. So rush to call them for your next project.
Patrick came to finish a kitchen pantry that 2 other contractors started and couldn't complete. He hung the door, the jam and trim and it looks great! He was friendly, professional, worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Keeping his number for any future projects we need help with.
Common questions.
How much does a kitchen remodel cost in Pinellas County?
Angi puts kitchen renovations in Tampa at about $14,700 to $40,900 (updated July 2026). Cabinets, countertops and whether plumbing or walls move drive most of the price. See our kitchen remodel cost guide for more sourced numbers, or ask for a free estimate.
Do I need a permit to remodel a kitchen?
Usually, when plumbing, electrical, gas or structural work is involved. Florida's under-$7,500 exemption request doesn't cover electrical, plumbing, structural, mechanical or gas work, or property in a flood hazard area (s. 553.79(1)(g)). Who issues the permit depends on your address (county list). We check with your building department and pull what's required for our part of the work.
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
It depends on the scope and on how long cabinets and countertops take to arrive. You'll get a timeline with your written estimate, and we order materials before demolition so the work itself moves quickly.
Can we live in the house during a kitchen remodel?
Usually, yes. We contain the work area, protect the floors and clean up every day. Setting up a small temporary kitchen elsewhere in the house helps a lot.
Do I need a Notice of Commencement?
For most jobs over $5,000, Florida law has the building department require a recorded Notice of Commencement before the first inspection (s. 713.135). We prepare it with you.
